Leaders’ Live 2023

For the first time, we’re bringing together 700 of our leadership and management community for a two-day virtual event, streamed live from our London HQ. The event aims to maximise your potential and leave you feeling inspired, invested in, and energised, as we look ahead to 2024.

You’ll hear from leaders, fellow managers, and external speakers. Meanwhile, the open format will provide a platform for your involvement, conversation, and collaboration. You’ll pick up new tools you can take back to your team. And our interactive platform means you can enter competitions and earn prize giveaways too!

You're expected to attend both days and you have full support from the UK Leadership Team, senior leaders, and scheduling teams, so take well-deserved time out for you.

Click 'Join' and enter your work email address, ready for a 10am start in the Main Event area. Feel free to enter the venue earlier on the day and have a look round!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who’s invited?

All managers on grade 3 and above. In Connect, it goes as far as managers on grade 2 upwards. There are also senior leaders who don’t necessarily manage people but play a key role in driving our business forward. So, invites have gone to them too. If you feel a colleague should be there and they haven’t received an invite, please email communications@maximusuk.co.uk

Will it be recorded?

Yes, it’ll be recorded and made available via a post-event email and/or future editions of the Leaders’ Update.

Do I have to attend both days?

Yes, it’s important you attend both days. Our Country leadership Team wants to see you there and senior leaders approve of your attendance as well. Scheduling teams have also been asked to allow you time to join.

I’m having difficulty joining the live event

Check if a fellow manager can get in and see if they can quickly help. Otherwise, make sure you’re entering your work email address at login and that all spelling is correct. If you need more help, use the orange ‘Support’ button in the bottom-left corner. You can also use a personal device by simply typing in maximus.vfairs.com into your browser – or scanning this QR code – and logging in.

I have a question about the event itself

Enter the virtual venue and visit the Lounge. You’ll find a colleague chatroom where you can ask questions and get answers from colleagues or the event support team.
